These columns are capable of separating the compounds listed in U.S. EPA Method 8260B in under 10 minutes. The Elite-VMS stationary phase is a highly stable polymer that provides outstanding analysis of volatile compounds on MS detectors. The 0.18 and 0.25 mm ID columns allow sample splitting at the injection port, eliminating the added expense and maintenance of a jet separator. A 0.45 mm or 0.53 mm ID column can be directly connected to the purge-and-trap transfer line in a system equipped with a jet separator.
